Age Policy:

If you are under 16, a parent/guardian MUST be in the suite for any bikini/brazilian services.

You must be 16 years of age or older in order to receive Brazilian services. ID is required to verify age. If a guest cannot produce an ID verifying their age, then a parent/guardian must provide consent. PARENT CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BIKINI/BRAZILIAN SERVICES OF ANYONE UNDER 18.

 Same Day Appointment Policy:

There may be open slots that the booking site does not show. Please text 484-841-9415 for same day availability.

Deposit Policy:

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount of your service(s) is required. As a courtesy, Suite Lucy Skincare offers Rebooking after your appointment without a deposit. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

Late Policy:

Suite Lucy Skincare has a 10-minute grace period. Please call to see if there are any available appointments if you are more than 10 minutes late as you may not be able to be serviced.

Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes life gets in the way and that is understandable please try reschedule your appointments 24 hours prior to your original appointment and your deposit can be used for your rescheduled appointment. If you have to cancel within the 24 hour window please call 484-841-9415 and I will do my best to accommodate. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours will forfeit their deposit unless noted otherwise.  If multiple cancellations are made in a row, you will not be allowed access to book online. To book, you would then have to contact Suite Lucy directly & there will be a non-refundable deposit required.

 No-Show Policy:

No shows will be charged 50% of their missed appointment and are required to pay for ALL services at time of booking. After two no-shows your account will be disabled, and will no longer be able to book services at Suite Lucy Skincare.
